Hi, I'm Debra! I'm an accredited Business and Personal Coach (PCC, PG-Cert) with hundreds (and hundreds!) of hours of coaching experience - and am delighted to say, 100% of my clients would recommend me!
My passion is for supporting creative professionals as I have been where you are!
With 25 years visual effects industry experience - including as a digital compositor and as former Global Head of Compositing at DNEG - I understand the unique challenges and rewards faced by those working in creative project based industries.
With Open Frame Coaching, I draw upon both my Coaching and my VFX experience to support and empower creative professionals. And for larger projects, I use an Associate model to work with other like-minded professionals and ensure your training needs are met.

When I'm not coaching, I'm spending time with family and friends, running, watching quality films and TV, reading fiction, doing pilates, going to gigs, musicals and art exhibitions, enjoy travelling to new places - and am open to new experiences, including learning skiing!
